Marketing Manager
Join us to make a dent in the universe!
Job purpose
Probabl is the company behind scikit-learn, the world's most widely used machine learning library, with over 200 million downloads per month and growing 100% year-over-year. We build the system data scientists need to capture AI's productivity gains and innovations in the Tabular Data space without compromising confidence a predictive model demands. Our product, Skore, works with any AI provider, any ML framework, and any compute platform.
The Marketing Manager owns pipeline creation and growth for Probabl's Enterprise segment, across priority verticals (banking, insurance, energy, telecoms, and industrials). Reporting to the CRO, this role sets the enterprise marketing and pipeline strategy and is accountable for its results, managing the Growth Acquisition Manager to execute the underlying acquisition engine (agency coordination, paid and SEO channels, inbound operations) against those targets. The Marketing Manager also works in close collaboration with the Strategic Communications Manager and other content creators — including the external agency and freelancers — to ensure enterprise campaigns are grounded in a consistent narrative and high-quality content.
Duties and Responsibilities
Pipeline Strategy & Growth
Own the Enterprise segment's pipeline targets, funnel design, and forecasting, in alignment with the CRO's revenue goals.
Decide the channel mix and budget allocation across paid, organic, and event-driven acquisition, and direct the Growth Acquisition Manager's execution against these priorities.
Manage and optimize inbound and outbound lead flow for the Enterprise segment, ensuring proper routing, scoring, and handoff to Sales in the company's CRM.
Set up and maintain nurturing sequences and marketing automation workflows to move Enterprise leads through the funnel.
Build and maintain dashboards tracking Enterprise pipeline volume, conversion rates, and channel attribution.
Performance Management & Prioritization
Setting priorities, targets, and reviewing performance against pipeline goals.
Ensure campaign deliverables are aligned with segment strategy and positioning before they go to market.
Act as the escalation point for acquisition-engine decisions (agency direction, channel prioritization, campaign calendar) that the Growth Acquisition Manager executes day to day.
Enterprise Segment Marketing & Campaign Execution
Define marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, paid, content, events) aimed at the Enterprise segment, with messaging calibrated to priority verticals.
Coordinate with the Communications Manager, and brief the external agency and freelancers, on segment-specific assets: landing pages, one-pagers, and case studies aimed at our Enterprise audience (Chief Data Officers, Chief Technology Officers, Data Science practitioners) and our communities' audience.
Coordinate campaign calendars and brief collaborators on upcoming product launches, events, or messaging priorities.
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and equivalent tools to keep a working view of priority companies and personas within the Enterprise segment, informing campaign targeting and sales prioritization.
Content & Launch Coordination with the Communications Manager
Align with the Communications Manager, a peer role, on a shared enterprise messaging and persona reference, so segment campaigns and brand narrative stay consistent without requiring sign-off in either direction.
Agree single ownership of shared channels (e.g. the community/developer newsletter) with the Communications Manager, with a defined review or contribution role for the other party.
Sequence enterprise campaign launches with the Communications Manager's press and narrative timeline, so pipeline-generation activity and external storytelling for the same launch land together.
Reporting & Alignment
Report Enterprise segment pipeline, campaign performance, and KPIs to the CRO on a weekly cadence and contribute to monthly GTM reviews.
Feed win/loss signals and objection patterns back into segment targeting and enterprise messaging.

Experience coordinating with or briefing an external marketing agency and other content creators is a strong asset.

Candidates with experience in an early-stage or scale-up environment where the enterprise acquisition function had to be built from scratch will be looked upon favorably, along with exposure to selling into or around ML platform and data governance tooling as context for competitive positioning.
